Hi,
I need legal help and advice, my farm workers were harassed at my farm and one of them was mauled by one of the person that illegally entered in my farm area. They were also threatened by his his guns, he took my elf truck with the harvested fruit loaded on my truck. He drove my elf truck to the police station claiming he has the right. We know that all he had was fictitious documents. This incident just happened yesterday, he already had a forcible entry case filed in the court and he denied the subpoena that was sent to him by the court. Can he be filed a robbery/Carnap case that he took my elf truck but then he drove it to the police station without a legality basis? The chief of police in the area said, that the man took my elf truck told him that there should be a court order. I don’t understand of why he asked for a court order that he didn’t even show up on the court hearing and also he denied all the subpoena that was sent to him. He didn’t have any legal documents of holding my property as will as stopping us of working in my farm area. What would be the case to file against him that he illegally took my elf truck and put it on hold at the police station? We have the spot police report of what he did to my farm workers, elf truck in complete details. Please, any help and reliable information is highly appreciated.
thank you,
eden
