    Sir,

I would like to ask for assistance regarding my case. I had a car accident in tagaytay last 03/29/09, based on the police report hindi kame my kasalanan sa ngyari. Kaya lang malaki yung na damage sa kanila. nasa PGH sila ngayon ang humihingi sila nf financial help sa amin. My problem is kelangan ko ng lawyer who can help me to do an affidavit of desistance and sasama sakin sa PGH para mgpapirma sa mga naasidente. Gusto ko kasi malinaw sa kanila na tulong yung ibibigay namin. Bka kz kami pa yung mabaligtad sa huli.

I hope you can help with my case.

    Dear Mr. Miguel V. Gonzalez,
I bring greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour,
    Jesus Christ.

I, Delbert Hancock Jr., from New York, USA,
am writing you on behalf on my lady friend,
Maryann A. Santiana, who lives in Pasig City,
    Manila, Phillipines.

Maryann, DOB–June 29, 1979, is still (legally) married
    to her husband, Joe. E. Santiana, DOB-February 2, 1978,
for the past 8 years since their wedding date on
    April 9, 2002.
From this marital union they both have a beautiful
    daughter, Mikaela Santiana, DOB-September 10, 2003.

For the past 6 years Mr. Santiana has separated
from his wife and daughter, and now is believed
to be living in the USA.

Ms. Santiana is the sole support of her daughter
(with her family’s help) and is currently employed
at the Teleperformance Co. in Pasig City,
    as a customer service representative.

(Please correct me if I am misinformed):
I am writing you to obtain information regarding
the termination of the Santiana marriage.
Unlike here in the US, we do have laws to end
marriages legally by Separation or Divorce.
Ms. Santiana has informed me that in the Phillipines
there is NO Legal Separation or Divorce decrees
and that marriages can ONLY be ended/terminated
by means of an “Annulment” between the two
    parties involved.

What I am writing you for is to obtain Information
regarding the BEST way to proceed so that this
marriage can (possibly) be ended “legally” in the
    Phillipines courts.
I, myself have known Ms. Santiana for the past 3 years
online and we are very fond of each other.
I plan on making a visit to see her for the first time
    in 2011.

    My Questions for you are:
    1. What is an Annulment, and how does the process
    take place?
    2. Is it possible to end a marriage by way
    of Annulments?
    3. What are the legal costs involved in obtaining
    an Annulment?
    4. What are the financial costs involved in
    an Annulment?
    5. Are many marriages ended by Annulments?
    6. Is the Catholic church involved to end a marriage
    in the Phillipines?

Mr. Gonzalez you can contact me by
    my email address:
    HancockJr58@Yahoo.com.
You can contact Ms. Maryann Santiana at:
    Maryann_santiana@yahoo.com,
I thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

    Professionally,
    Delbert Hancock Jr.
