I would like to file a complaint against my manager for giving me a Memo -”Dishonesty, Fraud and Theft” for just sending an INSPIRATIONAL EMAIL. i feel so demoralized as i would like to apply to other companies and be an I.T. but i could not because of this bad record. My career is ruined. i’ve stayed with the company for more than a year. I need your help. There are also a lot of issues like disapproving sick leaves (1day),. etc. please help us. I already filed a complaint to the HR but they were silent about it.

ang aking pong mga lolo at lola ay naging taga pag alaga ng lupa dito sa amin at nabigyan po sila ng pagkakataon bilang tenant sa nasabing lupa. ngaun po ay nalaman ko n lang n ang lupa na matagal ng inaalagaan ng aking mga ninuno ay naisanla s bangko ng isang tao na hindi naman alam ng aking mga lolo at lola kahit na ang aming mga magulang. gusto k po sana humingi ng payo kng ano po ang maganda namin gawin s nsbing sitwasyon.
