Birthcertificate
From california just call me Kathy, its been 6 months natong problema ng Mama ko, her wrong birth certificate cannot fix because of my grandfather was died long time ago and her birthcertificate from the NSO last name was her mothers name not fathers name that she didn’t even aware of that till today, at mahirap daw ifix….asap

my mom has the same but her’s is the first name which is kulang, from nora(what her mom told her) to leonora(nso) she just made an affidavit and her marriage contract also her baptismal cert. to show that she is the same person. lam ko there are requirements lng na you need to pass, but then again better to consult a lawyer.
